POLICY
All images taken by Stephanie Fowler Photography are owned and copyrighted by Stephanie Fowler Photography. The images may be used for studio and online purposes only. Any other use without print release or permission from Stephanie Fowler Photography will be deemed a violation of the copyright.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of these transactions and all the time and work that gets put into each session, I do not issue refunds. All purchases are final. Please know that there are no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
In certain sitatuions funds can be transferred to/toward a different mini or general session.
RESCHEDULE
POLICY
If you need to reschedule your session please do so 5 days or more BEFORE your scheduled session. Any reschedule requests/cancellations within the 5 days before your session will be charged a $25 reschedule fee or could result in a new session will be required to be repaid in full. Emergency situations will be treated differently.
LATE POLICY
You have 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time to arrive. If arrival is later than 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled and no refund will be issued.
No Call/No
Show Policy
This goes right along with the late policy. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after our scheduled time you will be deemed a no call/no show and your session will be cancelled with no type of refund issued and could result in a new session required to be repaid in full. Thank you for respecting the photographers time.
Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather, rescheduling may take place the night before your session. We can’t control weather, and with the unpredictable Oklahoma weather I like to reschedule 2-4 hours before the session. I keep you updated day of via email if it happens to not be looking so great outside that day. So be sure to be checking your email if you have an outdoor session and the weather is looking iffy day of. If reschedule date(s) do not work, credit is transferrable to/toward a different mini or general session.

Although I encourage you to bring a few image inspiration ideas with you that you would like me to try, I would ask that it is kept to a minimum of 1-3 images.
Turn Around
Times
You sessions turn around time is dependent on the package you purchase. Turn around times go by business days (excluding major holidays and weekends). Sometimes galleries can be slightly delayed unforeseen circumstances or any other issue. Please know that this is just an estimate. Please keep in mind I put a lot of love and time into each of your images and am working extra hard to get them finished in a timely manner but I would not want to rush the process.
